The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions
Delivery to all EU-countries, Switzerland, Norway

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries:

• Parcel service Europe: 9,98 € per order.
• Economy Service (UPS/DHL Express): 29,98 € per order.

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered by postal service in Austria within approx. 1 – 2 working days, in Germany within approx. 2 – 4 working days, in case of foreign deliveries, within approx. 5 – 7 working days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Terms of payment

You have the following payment options:

–  Bank transfer
–  Cash on delivery (plus COD charges 6.75 €)
–  Payment via credit card

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
